Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place. "We had an excellent stay at Marwa Hotel and would happily return. The room was very comfortable, well maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a full day out. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always professional and quick to assist with any requests. The food was superb, with an impressive variety of options that easily exceeded expectations. Every meal was fresh and well prepared, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into the dining experience. I very much look forward to visiting Tashkent again, and when I do, I would definitely stay at Marwa Hotel without hesitation."
