When I arrived they clsimed to have no record of my booking until I showed it to them on them Hoteld.com app. The bar had no beer or wine for three days. The vodka ran out after one glass. Breakfast was OK but not special and dsspjte lots of staffctheybkept runningbout of things and needed prompting to fetch more. Decoration is past its best and the bathroom had a cracked sink and was very “tired”. It would have bern nice to have foreign tv channels besides RT (Russia Today). Good points include being convient right by a Metro station), near seversl goidcrestaurants, having a money exchange desk and ease of getting a taxi via reception. The bedroom was a good size with comfy chairs.
