It said the property is 3 minutes away by car from the airport, but in reality it was about 20 minutes even without traffic. They also claimed to offer a free shuttle service, but there was no shuttle at all. The room looked nothing like the pictures — it was very small and outdated. The breakfast was not fresh, my mom couldn’t even eat and had to leave hungry for the airport. On top of that, the staff were not welcoming or helpful. Definitely not the experience we expected based on the online description.
