"Excellent attention to detail "

"It was an Anniversary break, and this was specifically referenced in the booking ..... but it was not acknowledged in anyway when we arrived at the hotel, which for a Hilton hotel is very rare. The hotel was very noisey, as they were getting ready for a concert, which was not mentioned when booking. We have stayed at the hotel many, many times .... but this stay was distinctly average."

"Wonderful stay, second time visiting. Staff are all very friendly and great with kids. Grounds are beautiful and the peacocks are a magical addition. Nice pool, sauna and steam room too."
