"Clean and cozy room. I did find the pillows on the soft side but otherwise a great space to be in before/after a holiday. Could not be more convenient for North Terminal travel if they tried. I could not try the breakfast because my flight left too early, but the dinner I had there was tasty (expensive but within the expectations for a London Airport hotel). My biggest bug bear was that I did not get the wake up call that I had scheduled at the reception desk that night. Luckily I set my own alarm and all went well, but a 02:00 AM wake up can be hard and missing my flight would have been a terrible start to my holiday."

"Great receeption staff. Clean spacious room with a fabulous costal view. Quirky reception area decor very ecelectic style which was perfect. Reliable elevator. Fantastic location near to town and all ameneties. I had to run the shower for 10 mins before it became hot and bathroom window should open for ventilation. Overall good experience."

"This hotel worked perfectly for me; arriving on a late flight and being able to walk directly into a hotel room from the terminal. The room is tiny and there isn’t a window, but the price is reasonable and who needs a window for a short overnight stop? I will definitely stay there again."

"I arrived earlier that 3pm but the staff found a room that was ready so we could get settled sooner. Overall, we were happy with our stay, the breakfasts were really good, glad we paid for full breakfast as extra. location was also good. "
