"We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandson loved playing in the garden. It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. "This lovely cottage proved the ideal venue for our family to get together for a special birthday celebration. Plenty of room for 6 adults, and we appreciated the large dining table. Whole property immaculately clean and equipped with everything we could have wished for. Beautifully furnished and very warm and cosy for an old cottage. "Warm, cosy and peaceful. Everything we needed. There is a railway line by the property but it didn't spoil the peace. The spring dawn chorus was wondrous. Apparently nightingales sing here too, but is was too early for them. Plenty of places to eat in the area, and not far from the coast. Great place to stay."

"The Dingle is an old cottage and it did smell musty however, once we were in and out this faded. Every effort had been made to make it welcoming with a large basket of essentials and even dog treats, and milk tea and coffee in the kitchen. The A27 runs directly behind the cottage so open windows - noise. The grounds are large and flat but not secure for dogs,I used my mobility scooter with my service dog on lead, however the tennis court was a massive bonus for poochy tennis!!! Situated with...
