"Great customer service and help both before my stay and during. The hotel is conveniently located and has a bus stop right outside. Clean room and recently refurbished. Good information provided, especially for late check in. The continental breakfast was very adequate and a range of machine coffees available for a small extra cost, were excellent. My only ask is for a stair lift or something similar to get luggage up the stairs! Lovely proprietors. Thank you"

Hilton London Gatwick Airport

8/10 Good

"Good as usual but some niggles. Bit of a trek from the airport. Construction work outside the building was very loud. Why can’t Hilton advise noise issues to be expected on certain dates? Premier Inn always advise problems like noise issues. Check-in was early and friendly. Helpful staff. Breakfast excellent but very busy."

Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick Airport

Russ Hill Hotel

8/10 Good

"Really friendly hotel rooms ok guy running the bar who's name I forget is a real asset to the hotel nothing to much trouble and he was always pleasant and polite despite being overwhelmed by a coach load of Germans on an overnight stay real nice feel about the hotel from reception to other areas would come back for sure ...thanks for a lovely 3 night stay"

DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel was ideally situated, clean, staff very friendly, room spotless and breakfast wonderful. Would definitely visit again."

Radisson RED London Gatwick Airport

8/10 Good

"The room was clean. Staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport was very good. Only downside for me was that it felt like the walls were very thin, could hear everything going on the corridor and in the room next door. Other than that, a very pleasant stay."

Holiday Inn London-Gatwick Airport by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Povey Cross the night before our holiday flight. The staff were excellent. The property whilst having excellent amenities is looking a little tired in places and a refresh is needed."

Leonardo Hotel Brighton

"All round solid no complaints"

Courtyard by Marriott London Gatwick Airport
