"Air conditioning was not working so we had to leave the windows open at night to cool off the room. The area was very noisy until late at night and then again early in the morning. Other than that the room itself was comfortable, clean, spacious enough. It was close to all the major sites and restaurants. The staff were wonderful! It was also close to laundry and the train station!"

"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. "Stayed at this hotel for a bike race in Siena. It was perfect for our needs as the rooms were large with space for three adult men and their bikes. It is near to the city if you have a bike but walking to the center could be a bit much for some people especially returning up the hill to the hotel. The gym and spa were great. Everything you could need. They have a pool but we were there in March so we didn't use it. The place feels like as if it was meant for another purpose like apartments...

One interesting tidbit is that the toilet was inside the shower so after taking a shower, toilet was all wet. Hotel is also in a residential area so dining options are very limited."
