The space This is a handpicked decorated loft in Tulum, surrounded by nature you may enjoy the 2fl distribution of the unit where you will get plenty of natural sunlight during the day. Guest access The Neighborhood is called Region 15, happens to be the newest area in Tulum being developed. La Veleta is a 5-min drive, city center 10-15min drive, beach 15-20min drive. To get around you could use taxis, but it may be more convenient to have your own transportation method (Car, scooter, or at least a bike). There is free parking both in the building and on the street 24hrs. Other things to note Tulum is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, as a result there are occasional power outages all over the town, next to the building there is condo construction site, there may be some noise during working hours. In the area you may see other sites being developed. As this area is new, you’ll be surrounded mostly by jungle and there is no street illumination at night. The road is not paved, there may be potholes specially during the rainy season. In Tulum Cellular network is usually saturated and poor quality.
