"I've stayed at the Orleans numerous times. each time I noticed the toilets have a very weak flush. Well, this time it did get clogged up and would not flush down completely. I called the front desk to have someone help remedy the problem. 2 hours pass and no one shows up. My girlfriend saw the housekeeper in the hallway and asked if we could barrow her plunger that she saw on her cart. The housekeeper said no. This occurred at 0800 Friday am. We had show tickets for the afternoon and could not wait for the Orleans to fix the problem. my girlfriend had to use the lobby restroom to do her business. And when we returned to our room around 5pm, the toilet was fixed, yes, but our room had not been maid up. Not a big deal, but i removed the do not disturb sign from the door. Also this booking on Hotels.com was supposed to come with a $15 food / beverage credit. When i checked out on the tv, I saw NO credit. I had 2 meals charged to the room. "
