Fantastic stay, great value and with awesome staff throughout

Beautiful, comfortable stay in secluded private area. The rooms were clean, there was a great air con, the beach side villa rooms had a view of the archipelago through the palm trees, dinner was reasonably priced for a resort, poolside towel provision, porter service, lovely stroll along the beach with beach bars with a great vibe. Breakfast had decent options with a chef to make omelettes. We were able to check in early even though we didn’t prearrange with no fuss at all. Friendly staff.

It was an amazing experience for us from start to finish. Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and this was a great way to explore it - the conditions of the boat, standard of the room, the food and activities were all brilliant.

The trip was very memorable. Ms. Marceling, the coordinator, the cruise manager Mr. Bam and whole cruise team was very polite and done a lot of care. Room was nice with a gallery and great view. Food was also excellent. I Cant believe that Jain vegetarian food can be so nicely prepared by a Vietnam chef. Thanks to all again.

The most beautiful, well finished hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was a great size, staff so pleasant and helpful and the amenities top class. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The views here Ha Long Bay are an added bonus and the hotel ensure the beach area is kept pristine and clean. 10/10

Decided to travel down from Hanoi to experience Ha Long Bay and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Your first welcomed at the reception on the mainland, in a few moments taken by boat over to the hotel island, then whisked up to the entrance by buggy... all feels quite special. The hotel is spacious, luxurious, large rooms, good layoutl.. have nothing but good things to say about this hotel really. It seems strangely quite quiet, but a nice change to the usual, I'm sure it won't stay...

There is nothing bad I can say about this Homestay we enjoyed everything about it. Food promise staff, room, pool, location next to the bus stop, tours, etc!

We stay 3 nights to visit family and this apartment is beautiful and quite, we love this place.

Had a great stay with impressive attention to detail throughout. The room was beautiful with an amazing view, making it a truly relaxing experience. The staff were very attentive, especially when it came to my dietary requirements, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Large rooms with comfy beds

Spacious room with excellent view, hotel facilities are brand new. This hotel exceeds my expectation within its price range

Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped. In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen. Forgot to take pics of the room.

Relaxing night after a few days travelling. Hotel was clean comfortable. Some building work going on but didn't effect us. Whole area had a lot of development under way with a huge new theme park being built.
