The boat is relatively new, so everything on board looks spectacular. Our room had a balcony, offering a dreamlike view of Halong Bay. The activities were enjoyable, but it was the staff who really made the experience exceptional. “Cat,” the nickname of the staff member who attended to us at the restaurant, stood out in particular. We are very impressed with how Grand Pioneers organized the whole trip of 2 days and 1 night at their property. Everything was so perfect and we were regret that we should booked at least 2 nights.
