The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our cruise director Jimmy and Henry were so helpful and remembered our names! They were always so helpful with my peanut allergy telling me what I couldn’t eat and making me a nut free option. The entire serving staff was so friendly, we can’t say enough good things about the cruise. Our room was huge and beautiful. The boat cruise was a fantastic experience for us. We were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the crew and manager, who went out of their way to accommodate our needs and preferences. The food was amazing and abundant, and the activities were entertaining and diverse. We loved the views, and the atmosphere. The only minor drawback was that some of the hotel amenities were a bit outdated and damaged. For example, the shower glass was cracked and he refrigerator in our room was malfunctioning. The overall experience was very good and was worth the price we payed. I must say that Era Cruise’s staff are remarkably skilled. We literally loved the hospitality. A special thanks to the two lovely ladies on reception at the night of 1st December 2022(Lee and Hoang), they literally walked an extra mile and helped me and my wife during the tough time. During the entire trip I saw them radiating positive vibes. The overall cruising experience was good. The first lunch that was served was superb. However, I was amazed by the staff, they were super helpful. Thank you for the lovely service Era Cruises!
