I view this hotel as a Beautiful Boutique Hotel that is in a wonderful location. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again!!! They are in the process of making some renovations, that are only going to enhance my future visits!!!! I checked in late, which was handled well. I like everything about this hotel, but the thing I like the most is the STAFF - everyone always willing to help and they do it with a SMILE!!!!! I will be returning to this hotel in a couple weeks before I return to America. This is a hidden GEM!!!!!

The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

"Very comfy beds and great showers, the food in the restaurant was nice. Staff were friendly and An helped me book travel and a tour around the bay. Bit out of town but it's an easy 10 min ride. Only negative was the sky bar was closed."
