The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.

The room is clean and has everything you need. The breakfast is good. But most of all the service here is excellent. They will help you with anything. Would definitely come here again. I like the overall vibe in this hotel
