"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. "This cruise is highly recommended for the service, food, staff, and small size. The rooms were also very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure there are always steps for the tender or provide one that makes it easier to board and disembark. In some locations it was extremely difficult, and considering I have a bad knee it was almost impossible on occasion. This caused me to actually pull a muscle in my right leg."

"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. They took us to a beach which was so tiny and busy and we preferred going back to the tiny...

"We stayed for 2 nights and loved this hotel. The rooms were great and had the best Ocean view. Taking a ferry from the check in building to the hotel was an interesting experience. The hotel is huge with lots of dining options. We tried the dinner buffet one night, the service and food choice was really good. The next night we tried the ala la carte menu at a different restaurant. Both the times we found the food a bit bland but that’s probably because we are used to having spicier food on a daily basis. We took a day ferry from the hotel and all the arrangements were done very well from booking to car transfer to the boat, etc. The service by everyone was excellent! Will definitely return to this resort if I visit Ha Long again."
