The staff are outstanding - they were warm, welcoming and very attentive. The hotel looks fairly new so all furniture and decor were in excellent condition. Nothing looked shabby or stained. The location is perfect - it is quiet and only a short and scenic 5-7 minute walk to Old Town restaurants, shops and bars. This is a wonderful hotel, and I highly recommend! We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated well. So true. The reservations they made yielded incredible service and generous extras. Breakfast was wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. The biggest challenge was noisy neighbors but the windows were soundproof so we slept well.
