The property was excellent, great pools for the kids. However, the big pool near the beach is overly crowded and we were thankful that we had a smaller pool in front if our room. My kids loved it and the breakfast was excellent. We had an amazing time.

Hotel was good. Bathroom very small for its size. I had to leave the property due to parking issues. There was no parking available anywhere in the vicinity of the hotel. I drove around about 1.5 hours and couldn't find a single spot. Decide to leave and get out of the Chania city because if this. Overall staff was great.

"The location is really great and the hotel is lovely. The staff are incredible- friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Did not like the smell of the water in the toilet.
