The room was very clean & private and the pool and views were great.

We loved this property. It is quirky and fun, very different from anywhere we've stayed in the US. The staff were very helpful and nice and breakfast was a great perk. The room pools are beautiful but we didn't see anyone using them. They are very cold. We were there mid September so the days were still very warm. I guess we just thought if they had them then they would be warm enough to use. There is also a very strong scent (industrial air freshener) in the common areas. 95% won't care but for those with sensitivity to strong scents, you may want to take this into consideration or bring allergy medicine, etc. Just a recommendation for the property. We came from Santorini with all the beautiful flowers and landscaping. More flowers, bushes and trees where the rooms overlook the property would be a good addition! It's a little desolate in comparison to the overall property design.

She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. However when we arrived our shower had a leak and this wasn’t fixed until the night before we checked out. So 4 nights of a dripping shower The pool was clean and the pool beds too, We had a shared pool which was nice and private. The food was so good, limited choices but even those choices - the food never tasted bad at all. However the restaurant itself was definitely not the best. The staff were a bit slow tending to tables. Service at the restaurant wasn’t as consistent. The gym had good well maintained equipment. We never got to check out the sauna or steam room properly as they had been switched off nor the indoor pool which was too cold for me ( they did warn us about the indoor pool as well ) But they looked clean and well maintained However nowhere on the hotel description is it stated you have to pay daily to use the safe or that you have to pay use those pool beds with curtains or that you have to pay for the beach beds which there’s only about 10 of them. Overall we had a good little break at the resort. It was lovely weather lovely food. Ohh and the water slides were definitely nice and it too in your face either.
