Front desk is very helpful in booking our excursions and transportation. Booking the room with the balcony was a great, love the view and nice place to chill. Everything was clean and neat. I had room 7 with balcony view, only 8 rooms on property. Be aware that Old Town Chania is pedestrian only, so must carry your own luggage for about 10 minutes on cobblestones. The room itself had the most amazing view and lovely balcony and was a good size. The only downside was the thin walls - but I just slept with earplugs in. Bed was a bit softer than what I like, but that’s just personal preference. Location was perfect for exploring the old town and so many great places to eat nearby. Breakfast was a really good selection and all the staff were really friendly.
