"Old dirty hotel. You would not want to put your feet on those carpets. The whole property is in extreme need of refurbishment. At £70 for a single room is a joke. Signs of badly covered damp everywhere. Parking is extra £10 per day but good luck going a free spot in what I think was 10 spaces."

"We have never been to a better hotel in our lives. From our first connection to the hotel on Friday to leaving today (Sunday) we have had a wonderful time. All of the staff were so professional & helpful all the time we were there. We will certainly go there again should the occasion arrive. The price was reasonable. The service was exceptional."

"There was a good choice of food at breakfast. Cereals, continental and hot. The staff were friendly, the bar had plenty of drinks to choose from. There is also a car park at the hotel. It's a good location for Albert Dock and Liverpool 1."
