"The staff made us feel welcome and right at home. Having afternoon cocktails or a light night amaro on the patio was delightful! The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Great shower! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft but crisp. Had a wonderful nights rest! Palazzo Dipinto was a lovely hotel to stay in Lucca. Will stay there again should we return to Lucca. Everything was really good except the water pressure was very low especially as you adjusted for a hot shower.
