"The highlight was that were was a ton of bear activity, even in late March as this hotel backs up to the national park. The bed was comfortable. Nighttime staff was not much help, and they seemed understaffed (couldn't get a towel for the pool area. The hotel grounds were nice. Would consider staying again."

"Our stay at the Cabin was great. We had a spring break trip with family and the game room was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as the use of the grill and fire pit outside. We will definitely return for another stay. "

"This property is beautiful and close to the strip with all the attractions, restaurants and bars. Everything is in walking distance. We were right next-door to the Ripley's Aquarium. We were told at check in that black bears like to roam the property and to be cautious. We saw bears numerous times while staying. Our balcony overlooked the river and a bear enjoyed it every day we were there. I gave 4 stars only because I was woken up numerous times during the night with children running down the hall and being extremely loud at late hours. It seems everything in the hallway echos through the room significantly. Besides this one issue, the rooms are modern and clean. "

"A simple clean motel. I believe we got more than we payed for! The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The room was a simple no frills but the king size bed was very comfortable and the TV was bigger than the room 😁 We booked the room so we could be close enough to the creek to hear and that too did not disappoint. The only thing I wish the room had was a small bistro table. The place is away from the busy town making it very quiet to sit on the porch. An added plus we were unaware of is the free shuttle to gatlinburg down town was right at our hotel and free. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!"
