Very clean room, bed was comfortable, Property is in the middle of a construction area. Great location, easily walk to everything in Gatlinburg. Breakfast was very disappointing, very limited selection and very busy every morning. Great breakfast spot one block over (Pancake Cabin). Parking is very tight, spots are very close together.

Were there for 3 nights, polite and professional staff building is clean and well maintained location is 3 blocks walking distance. The only thing that could be made better is free breakfast which was ok but could have a better selection my opinion would stay there again

Very nice hotel far away from the main strip that it was quiet at nights but still easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants. BE CAREFUL OF PARKING. The parking lot and garage are very tight. If you bring a larger vehicle, it's probably best to park in the lot next door (which is allowable). Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. And lovely views, too. We would stay here again.

The staff members were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and so were the hotel grounds. The parking lot is a bit small for large vehicles. The breakfast waffles and coffee were delicious. We would stay here again.
