Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean linen; balcony was nice with Mountain Views; kitchen was nice to have though utensils (pans) could be better; furniture was in mixed condition ( some were pretty well used ); toiletries provided weren’t great, so make sure to carry your own; Property is conveniently located and at walking distance from the Main Street and has a trolley stop #39, right outside the property. Overall a good comfortable stay!

We had a great stay. We loved the activities they had around the resort. It is a little dated and needs some TLC but it was for sure not a deal breaker. I do wish the indoor pool had been heated. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the strip. The walk back was a little longer having to go uphill. There is a great little pancake restaurant across from resort. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

Property and rooms need a serious overhaul, the pictures online make it look 10x better then what it really is. Decently clean,could have been cleaner. staff was nice however the check in process was long and drawn out,feel like they could do better about check in’s and being prepared. Probably would not stay here again unless they do a major overhaul on the property and rooms.

Very nice scenery and ambient lighting around the property at night. We got the one bedroom with the fireplace in the Jacuzzi! It was absolutely beautiful. The Jacuzzi was deep and had plenty of room for two when I got in there by myself I felt like I was just swimming and floating around because it was big which I love it makes my trip so much more fun. The balcony was nice. We had a view of the waterfall, the room was clean. The AC worked great!

Good size room that was clean. Nice location and walking distance to main strip. We were very disappointed the outdoor pool was closed. Parking garage is also bit of a tight squeeze if you have a truck. Overall though, was a good value and served our purpose. I'd return if the price is right.

We had a really good stay. We have stayed here one time before and wanted to come back. They are doing construction but have renovated a lot of the rooms and we were very happy. Everything was clean and they had two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. It's pretty close to the strip and we walked down twice without any problem.. very nice place.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at GTSquare. Our 2-bedroom condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The entire facility was recently sold and is undergoing major reconstruction, but we would certainly stay there again next year if it is possible.

Close to everything in town, yet quiet and peaceful! The staff is amazing! The buildings are due for a face lift, but are in the midst of a multi million dollar renovation. The updates we saw look great, and I can't wait to see the final results! If you're looking for a reasonably priced great place to stay in Gatlinburg, I highly recommend staying here!
