Though a little dated, the unit was clean, well stocked with everything that we needed for an 4 day stay, and spacious. Plenty of fluffy pillows and the bed was very comfortable. The elevators could use a good cleaning but other than that our stay was great. Resort was situated close to the #8 light(near Sky Park), so walking to the strip is a short walk. This will definitely be my go to accommodation when returning to Gatlinburg.

This property has way much more than expected! The room kitchen had everything needed and more! Was not expecting it to have Laundry so that was a plus. The location was the best attribute for us, since we enjoy all the fun stuff in downtown and the best part is we could take the trolley right outside the hotel. We couldn't use the pools since they were in maintenence but we did get a chance to use the hot tub. Parking is a bit uncomfortable but once parked your set. I would definitely come back!

It was confusing checking in but the staff was super friendly. The facility…. DISGUSTING. Not as pictured what so ever. Our sink wouldn’t drain, hair in the shower, residue on the walls, elevators trashed, even the garden had trash all in it.
