Not expecting anything special, we were blown away by the kind hospitality, the cozy room with woodstove and sheepskin rug, the sunny common sitting area with lots of great natural history reading material, and the delicious homemade salmon dinner. "Comfortable room. As with most hotels in the area, walls and fairly thin, so hearing other guests coming and going can be noisy. It’s more than compensated for, though, by the friendly staff, comfortable shared spaces, and incredible view. Stay here . . You won’t be sorry!"

Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal.
This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast. We had to go early so they made us a packed breakfast and you also get a packed lunch. The quality of domes was excellent and do body. Staff were excellent and only negative...

Really enjoyed our 6 nights at Lodge Morrena. The reception staff (Valentina, Denise and Javiera) were excellent. So friendly, nothing was too much trouble, great guidance on what to do in the park etc etc. One morning our car had a puncture. Rather than miss what we had planned for the day, Valentina gave us a car we could use for the day (no charge). Whilst we were having fun, the puncture was sorted. Amazing service.
The evening food options were wide and all excellent. Maybe a little...

Perfect hospitality- this hostel is run like a dream! Everything is designed for trekkers coming and going to Torres del Paine. Spotlessly clean room, loads of hot water, early breakfast box provided for those going to the park on the early bus. You can leave stuff there for free while you are trekking if you are going back there afterwards. There are loads of hostels in Natales but I can’t fault this one. Fabulous relaxed breakfast on the day of departure post W trek. Excellent!

If you’re staying over in Puerto Natales I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It exceeds expectations on every level. We stayed in room 12 which overlooked both the main street and also the sea, it being dual aspect. Great value for money and a free welcome drink greated us at the bar located on the 4th floor.
