The staff was terrific, offering assistance and a clean environment. We took a chance staying in the "domos" which was like a Hobbit House. Super cute, clean, and well appointed in a tiny house way, including comfy twins, shower and toilet. We were welcome to use the lodge common areas to hang out and get to know other fellow travelers. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with Torres Del Paine recommendations, and the location is so picturesque (and only a 5min drive to the entrance of the national park). Everything was so clean and well maintained. The food was absolutely excellent with the chef going above and beyond to cater for dietary requirements. Get a room inside it is much better. The 2 bed bunker cabin is cold, excessively small for 2 people with luggage (we barely fit in the room let alone luggage). we upgraded to a room inside the lodge and it was so much better. I would not recommend the small bunker cabin at all. No wifi there or proper heating. No curtains for light. The reception staff (Valentina, Denise and Javiera) were excellent. So friendly, nothing was too much trouble, great guidance on what to do in the park etc etc. One morning our car had a puncture. Rather than miss what we had planned for the day, Valentina gave us a car we could use for the day (no charge). Whilst we were having fun, the puncture was sorted. Amazing service. The evening food options were wide and all excellent. Maybe a little pricey but everything is in Torres del Paine! We didn't think the prices were too bad. Breakfast was included and more than sufficient for our needs. The hotel is 5 minutes from the park so access is perfect. WiFi worked well in the common areas - bit flaky in the bedroom but not a big issue.
