The hotel itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, and supported by a team of genuinely helpful staff. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and we were honestly devastated to leave after just four nights. The on-site company, Massif, was fantastic. For first-time visitors, I highly recommend booking with them if you’d prefer not to organise your own activities. Their tours were well-run, informative, and a great way to experience the area. Staff is AMAZING! “Aux petits soins” The food is Good! The Spa is Fantastic! The only thing… is not about the hotel… it’s all about clients attitude… they are not respectful and quiet and they SLAMMED the doors all the time - 7am or 11pm They just don’t care if you are sleeping, tired or not… So I had a concern about that… and I just tell the Guests relations desk… and guest what? No more! The hotel was so beautiful and the staff too! Everyone was soo kind! Its is stunning and im so grateful to have stayed there.
