"The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Location is good, although far to walk to most east Toronto neighborhoods, the Harbour, and other amenities. Our only complaint is that we, with plenty of advance notice, requested a high floor with city views. Instead, our room was on the 11th floor (out of 18), looking right into a much taller office building. Being our first visit to Toronto, that was very disappointing. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay."

"The hotel located close to Young and Dundas nice clean rooms fast elevator A nice pool and hot tub on the 26th floor with an outside deck. My only complaint was the jets in the hot tub were not working as good as they should. Otherwise our stay was fantastic"
