"Older hotel with a unique layout. No indoor ramps for transporting carts to the elevator, and must use accessible ramp outside to a very narrow corridor to access elevator. Bed was not comfortable and tilted towards headboard. Sliding glass doors to balcony were very hard to slide open. The female working the front desk during checkout was rude when asked a question, although the man during check in was very helpful. Great gift shop on site. Washroom was very small and could use upgrades. TV remote was not able to channel up and down. Overall, price was slightly high for the amenities and condition of the hotel. "

"originally i was to stay 2 nights due to day surgery. when i checked in i told the staff at the front desk that my surgery was now changed and i had to stay overnight in the hospital on my second night. I ask if my second night was to be changed, but I needed parking until the 3rd day up to check out on the second night. I was told no, and that I had to pay full price. I also asked for a wake up call in the morning of the 23rd. That did not happen and when I asked, I was told that it must have happened, as it was written down. The staff on both days was not helpful at all. I will not stay here here again. Bill Holden "

"Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or playpens. Shortly after she instructed the head housekeeper to search the storage for a playpen, and one was delivered to our room. Seems to me that they were too lazy to have this all handled before our arrival and were hoping we wouldn’t make a fuss over it. There were also ants in our bed, and no plug for the bath tub… Not family friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place."
