We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. "Two days prior to our arrival the company contacted us demanding a substantial damage deposit to be paid by direct deposit to their bank account or our already paid for booking would be cancelled. We had paid for the booking by credit card but they would not accept it for the damage deposit. We thought this seemed a bit sketchy but had no choice but to acquiesce to their demand. They promised to return the funds within 15 days of our departure. After two months of delays and even a few emails...

"This apartment had it all you wish for. Microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and much more. Reception 24/7 available. We were lucky to meet Fahrat and Daniella. Super friendly and gave us advice. Also got a snack-pack from them which was sweet. Location pretty cool as it's close to London City airport. With DRL you're in downtown London within 20 minutes. Absolutely would recommend this apartment to all who would like to visit London."
