"Wonderful staff! Incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel’s location is great: close to sights, restaurants, and the train station. It would have been nice if the garbage room was easier to find (either marked on a map or the location listed somewhere) and if garbage bags were easier to access. It was kind of odd to have the TV located so far off to the side. I can understand why it was there, though, since the kitchenette took up most of the wall space, but it was hard to see the TV from one side of the bed. We were in an accessible room (not because we needed it, but because it’s what was available at check in). I was pleasantly surprised at the accessible features. In addition to the more common ones (lower peephole on the door and a lower sink), there were also what I assume were emergency cords next to the toilet and in the shower, in case someone could pull if they needed help. This room also connected to the room next door, which I also saw as a plus. "

"Good location. Was a bit worried as other reviewers said rooms were small but they were not at all. Similar size to premier innn or travel lodge. Very friendly helpful staff, loved the ironing room (much better than usual crappy iron in bedroom) and rooftop bar was cool"
