A bit cramped in the dorms, but there was enough space to open a suitcase. Dorms were quiet and clean; the only thing that smelled a little bit was the people and the hostel can't control that lol. Super convenient location, literally a few doors down from one station and 2 blocks from another.

The guy at the front desk, I wish I got his name. He is phenomenal. Super helpful, all the staff at the front desk spoke great English but not just that. The guy spoke Spanish too, really well. They were all super helpful. I can’t thank them enough for helping with my missed luggage delivery!

I loved staying here during my trip to Tokyo. Is right next to the station so it’s suuuper convenient. Place was clean, common area was tidy and cute as well. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back if i ever go back to Japan. :)

HIVE guesthouse was a Nice place to stay. There is no elevator which can be annoying with your bags to the 5th floor. Everything was very clean and well organised.

Great place, clean, tidy and well maintained. Having the lounge room, downstairs cafe and rooftop deck made it a very comfortable and livable space. The kitchen and individual showers were a bonus compared to other accommodation in the same price range. The staff here are the best, friendly and attentive. Four convenience stores within a block, and a train station around the corner. Certainly the best out of the three places I stayed at while in Tokyo. Ended up extending my stay here for another week.

I stayed here for one night. Subway was close and easy to get into. Fresh sheets and provided with bath towel. Took care of my bags before check in and also after check out. Even let me shower after walking around all day to get on my flight fresh awesome dude Yuya!!!

外国の利用者が8割な感じですが、皆さんマナーが良くて設備もきれいでした。コミュ力に自信のある方は2F共用スペースは魅力的。スタッフの対応も非常に良かったです。21時以降にチェックインする方は事前に連絡しないと入れない可能性があるので注意。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

全体に綺麗でしたので、満足しています。ただ、5階まであがるのにも階段です。覚悟しておいてください。一段も割と高めです。重い荷物があるとキツイですよ。また、客室内は土足禁止ですが、宿泊者が多い場合、入室用のスリッパが足りません。自前でスリッパを持てる人はご用意を。ただ、値段はとにかく安いので、助かりました。

ベッドの下は見ない方がいいです

土日を跨いで利用させていただきました。基本的外国人メインて感じです。1階のカフェでイベントがあったようでかなり賑やかでした。参加も出来るようでお誘いいただきましたが、疲れていたのでパスしました。キッチンはかなり充実していて、近くにスーパーもあるので食費を抑えたい方は利用すると良いです。冷蔵庫はルールを守れば勝手に使われたりしません。シャワー室は男女2つずつしかないので土曜日はちょっと待ちましたが、タイミング次第です。女性は少なそうなのでそんなに気にしないで良さそうです。居合わせた方は皆親切でしたが、最後の夜深夜にバタバタ煩い人たちがいてちょっと困りました。施設自体はちょっと古いのかなと言う感じがあちこちにありましたが、それより掃除が全然されてないっぽいのが気になりました。ベッドの下とかホコリだらけだし、ゴミも散乱してました。たまたまカードを落として拾う時に見たんですが、あまりの汚さに驚きました。どれだけ掃除してないんだろ…… 屋上に出られるらしいですが、階段しかないし疲れてたので使いませんでした。スタッフさんは親切ですが、最低限の説明しかされないので困ることはちょいちょいあります。お値段相応ではありますが、とにかく掃除だけして欲しい感じです。
