Property is beautifully maintained with plenty of space and excellent amenities - A/C in each bedroom and the living room (key during a hot Tokyo summer), on-site washer and drying facilities, and fully stocked kitchen with induction cooktop, rice maker and coffee machine. Beds were comfortable and internet reliable. Location was a relatively short walk to two different train stations for easy access to tokyo, shinkansen and haneda airport. Host was very communicative and offered local tips. Neighborhood was pleasant, with restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. Would absolutely book again. ##### Ian M.
