Clean and very helpful staff. Only flag is that staying on a lower floor can make it difficult to catch an elevator around check out time because its so busy and theres only 3 elevators.

Rooms and facilities were very clean. The baths was an unexpected nice bonus. Staff was helpful at check in. Which was the only time I needed to interact with them. Location was nice because a train entrance was less than one minutes away.

The hotel is a budget hotel, so we did recognize there was some damage on the shower head and room items. The location is extremely convenient and the staff was friendly. You can borrow some items from front desk for free.

The public hot tub was great! I enjoyed it. The information on TV was very helpful! The clean room was not perfect. The floor was not vacuumed. That mess why I did not give 5 stars.

Staff were very helpful, room clean and had everything I needed. Large bath was well maintained and relaxing, even after a hot day. Breakfast was good, small dining area can get very crowded but staff managed it well. Appreciated safe QR code luggage storage system, even in crowded lobby.
