I would definitely recommend this place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to hold our luggages before check in and after check out.

The room was small but clean with good amenities. Staff were always available. The only cons were that there were 8 Apa hotels in the area, I got lost twice and ended up walking extra miles to find my stay. Clean towels were provided daily. There are many supermarkets and convenient stores around the hotel.

Typical APA property -- they seem to all run well. Small rooms, but clean, safe and functional. But this one is on the corner, with the windows facing the main street allowing the street noise, and there just happen to be a few loud guests in the rooms below. Called the front desk, but I guess it is difficult when it isn't quite 10:00 and they are just LOUD. But I'd stay again!

Very clean, hotel staff very helpful. The walk to Shinjuku station east entrance was farther than I thought but still doable - only 10 mins or so. Short walk to all the great stores in the area.

The location is perfect. This place is close to everything from stores, restaurants, and the train station. Right in the heart of everything. The properties staff was also really helpful and spoke English really well. I arrived early at 6am. They help my luggage until my check in time which allowed me to go our and explore for a few hours. This place does not allow guests so if you plan on bringing people over this isn't the spot for it. Overall this place was great and I'd definitely would stay here again.

Only negatives about here is there is only 1 elevator so it takes forever... and the breakfast was the worst I encountered my whole three week trip. They make you go to a different location for breakfast (just across the street) and it is a microscopic room (even for Japan standards it's TINY) that seats about 10ppl and no room to move. I asked for just yogurt and they gave me a DOLLOP. like could have fit into a creamer packet lol. There were only like 3 other self-serve items available, and the coffee was only from a machine that was half broken and did half hot water half "coffee" .... every other APA I stayed at was solid but this one was very mid. Room was clean, location is decent but not great. Good for last-minute or cheap need hotel but I would choose differently next time.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Rooms are same and yes there may only be one elevator, but they provide information on what times will be an issue. Great location with plenty of spots to eat and activities to do. Would recommend.
