I ended up taking the topper and placed it on the floor just to try to get some sleep. Maybe some people like beds with zero support but definitely not for me. Also the bathroom door opened out and had a big step which I slammed my toe into and the tub was so small. We walked so much we wanted to soak at the end of the day like we did in all the other hotels and there was no room to even stretch your legs. The bathroom so small compared to every other hotel.
