The location is perfect. This place is close to everything from stores, restaurants, and the train station. Right in the heart of everything. The properties staff was also really helpful and spoke English really well. I arrived early at 6am. They help my luggage until my check in time which allowed me to go our and explore for a few hours. This place does not allow guests so if you plan on bringing people over this isn't the spot for it. Overall this place was great and I'd definitely would stay here again.

Only negatives about here is there is only 1 elevator so it takes forever... and the breakfast was the worst I encountered my whole three week trip. They make you go to a different location for breakfast (just across the street) and it is a microscopic room (even for Japan standards it's TINY) that seats about 10ppl and no room to move. I asked for just yogurt and they gave me a DOLLOP. like could have fit into a creamer packet lol. There were only like 3 other self-serve items available, and the coffee was only from a machine that was half broken and did half hot water half "coffee" .... every other APA I stayed at was solid but this one was very mid. Room was clean, location is decent but not great. Good for last-minute or cheap need hotel but I would choose differently next time.
