Property was a bit hard to find. The sign was hidden by over grown vegetation. Was very clean. The owners were quite nice. The facilities were great. The beds were comfortable. And we had plenty of towels

Room had no bathroom just shower Had to use one outside the room, the front door was left open all day Which I would not have minded but we never got keys to the room we stayed in So we had to take all our valuables with us all the time, no heater there was cold nights, the steps going into the room were a little sketchy and both me and my daughter fell and sprained our ankle ..... would not recommend

We are very sorry you had a bad experience we try to provide much lighting as possible. We provide the most info on our page about each room, plus everything is secure with or no key in our house we have safety room and heater upon request. Thanks for feedback we will keep on working harder.

We are sorry to hear it wasn’t comfortable enough, we are always at disposition to get you or any client comfortable, It is a room just enough for a small family of 3 but would recommend the Studio Room that has 3 beds big enough when coming with with 2 pets and an all adult family or extra person. Thanks for the feed back we will keep on working to better our clients needs.

This Bed and Breakfast was only a bed. The website and information about breakfast is not true. There was not even coffee available. It's close to the beach but not a great area. The price was as much as staying downtown and there is not much shopping or dining close by. So disappointing

We are sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy our Organic Bed and Breakfast yes your right we haven’t updated the website for our hot continental breakfast, although we still offer fresh fruit, cereal, hot teas, and coconut milk, at the center table. We are making an update on it Thanks. There a beach walkway with lots of restaurants near by and shopping centers. Sorry we weren’t able to comunícate at the location. We will keep working on improving suggestions to our clients!

Clean, very close to the beach and very unique architecture with a chicken coop located on site to boot! Would stay here again on my travels to TJ!

Not as described!!!
Not at all as described! Upon arrival it was very difficult to get in, we knocked for about 45min and finally where able to call the host who let us in. There is no free parking on site you can park on the street and that is what they considered free, we went to the beach and to eat and when we returned someone had tried to break into our car which made us feel uncomfortable to leave it there all night. We were charged more than the original reservation and had to pay cash to avoid an additional service charge for using a card. It was very difficult to communicate with the host since she doesn’t speak English and very very little Spanish. Also there was a very intense dog smell and the towels they left out where very old and stale. Needless to say we ended up leaving and driving back home, with no refund, luckily we are only a 2 hr drive once we cross the border from home, which we where hopping to avoid having to do.

I loved everything about this place. Perfect location, just 2 blocks from the beach, in the more quiet end of the Playas, yet within minutes of walking distance to the Wall. Literally a minute walk from the small convenient store, and a very nice little coffee shop with some seriously good coffee. B&B "OuiMadame" is this awesome huge house, that stays cool even when its very hot outside. Very clean, beautifully decorated. With a number of all kinds of rooms, with private and shared bathrooms, and even private entrances (that where I stayed - and was SO happy with it!) You have a full access to a guests kitchen, where you can cook for yourself. You get this fantastic breakfast in the morning, with fresh fruit, and yogurt and eggs of your choice, and toasts with homemade marmalade. And everyone I met there was so genuinely nice and welcoming. It felt like staying with family and friends, rather than in a hotel. Staying with "OuiMadame" was what helped me a lot to have such a great time in Tijuana. And I'm forever grateful for that.

What I liked is that I had booked a room here and did not follow their instructions and showed up late. They were gracious enough to not charge me for the room for not staying there. Any other place would of charged me. Great honest people!!

Oui Madam is a Little Secret!!!
It was a great stay specially with Mimi and Crystal as the host, the food, the cats, a tranquility that you could breath. Definitely recommended!!!!

I originally booked this location for close proximity for my dog's vet appointment/surgery. I booked the room at 3 and was there by 5p, they were so helpful and nice. The property, staff and even the neighbors were beyond helpful and spoke well enough English to hold conversation, help learn a new language and good conversation/food. :) Cristal is French and such a sweet gem. She's very kind-hearted and loving. Dominik is the main host, he explained that he added his own flair to the location. And Mimi was super helpful being the liason and concierge. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this location for any kind of relaxing stay.

Overrated and over priced for a crappy place
It was ok but there’s no privacy at all No door locks and the owner doesn’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate Needs to maintain the place and the amenities that they offer. Misleading reviews and highly overrated and over price crappy place Check it for yourself!

Las Playas...Mexico beach community
Our first B&B. OMG what a great experience place is great, the breakfast was organic and fresh. Right near cool cafes and pubs along the beach. Awesome restaurants with views for miles, we can even see the Coronado Bridge. Enjoyed our stay and great host.

My overall stay way ok but we really just slept there. Got there at 1am and left by 12pm. The breakfast was ok not really what you would call a breakfast but more like a snack. The hot water kept running out when we showed. The people were very friendly but they didn’t speak much English or Spanish I believe they were french. The room was nice. We told them that we had my little sister and her friend with us and did not realize it was a bead and breakfast not A HOTEL and they said it was ok but at the end of our trip charged us for more having them there. I tried paying with the card a cooked with and they wanted cash instead and I had to drive across the border to get cash out of my bank because I didnt not bring my card or enough money. I just wish they would have been more upfront about these thing which were inconvenient for me. But the house was super pretty and close to the beach I did feel safe leaving my things there and staying there.

We are very sorry that you were not totally happy with your stay with. We did go out of our way to try to accommodate you, but I guess it wasn't enough: -we usually close breakfast at 10am, but exceptionally we left few things for you on the table and offer you eggs so you can snack something before leaving; -you reserved a room for 2 but you arrived total of 4 persons and you didn't want to rent an additional room however your friends slept 2 nights in a common space which was a surprise for us! It's true that our cc terminal wasn't working, but not sure why you said you crossed to US to get money, I thought you can get money from a CC from any ATM...? and you resolved it with your friend paying for it. Anyway hopefully bed was confortable, rooms was clean and you slept well! It's also true that a B&B is different from an hotel. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Tijuana-Rosarito and we will see you again!

Mucho que mejorar en instalaciones.
El concepto de Oui Madame tiene potencial. Pero están en proceso de acondicionar algunas habitaciones. En particular El Studio no tenia closet, espejo, tv, y para el baño tenias que salir de la habitación. El desayuno fue lo mas sobresaliente de nuestra estancia.

Disculpa, es verdad nos faltan algunos detailes y somos en un proceso de mejorar toda la parte donde quedaron ustedes. Vamos también a agregar una regadera y un lavamano en este cuarto pronto. Gracias por comentar sobre el desayuno. :-)
