We really enjoyed our stay at Harborside. The staff so so friendly and attentive. Great option for those visiting Atlantis but want a quieter atmosphere during downtime. Shuttles between the resort and water park ran every 10-15 minutes like clockwork. We will definitely stay here on our return trip. Thanks Harborside!

Great spot for a medium family, with reasonable walking access to the waterparks and beach. Rooms were a little bit musty, and the A/C could not cool the rooms below 76F, but all in all it was a great time.

Harborside is a great place to stay for a more affordable price at Atlantis. Their poolside food/drink service was not running so that was disappointing. Also you have to pay $25/day for wifi which is also very outdated. Most hotels provide free wifi. Some buildings were very far from the lobby and required a lot of walking. Waterpark is great and the village next to Harborside with shops and restaurants.

Property was very convenient for our family of 4, great space and very nice overlooking the marina. Easy to walk to main resort and off resort to local amenities. Would recommend for anyone looking for something beyond a hotel room.

The property was nice, beds were comfortable. Some of the employees were good and some werent. They were on their phones a lot. Much different than 10 years ago. They were also working on the roof in building 5 of Harborside and dropped a piece of metal that almost landed on my husband. There was no warning or cones up around that area. Disappointed this time around.

Our villa was spacious and clean. The kitchen was somewhat dated with older appliances though everything worked. The ensuite laundry was nice to have. Our room was quiet and the staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The resort has many excellent dining and shopping options. The shuttle runs regularly and stops at all of the hotels within the resort.

Just did 5 days 4 nights at harborside. Cant wait to go back!! Convenient shuttles to atlantis; across the street from water taxis, margaritaville restaurant, wendys, dunkin, shopping etc... The view is amazing of the harbor across from atlantis. All the youtube vids are spot on.
