Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious with a wide choice. Accommodation was very comfy and spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return to this hotel.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends

We stayed for 5 nights all inclusive before moving on to a villa in playa blanca. This was our second visit and it was still up to the same high standard. The staff are excellent, all have a smile and seem to enjoy their jobs, one of the entertainment team in particular helped my son in the gym, during his own time. Rooms are clean, we had a sea view, pool towels available, 10 euro deposit, room safe 2 euro per day, travel type hair dryer in bathroom. No problems in drink service and good choice...

This was my first trip to Lanzarote and I will definitely be going back. This is mainly due to how much I enjoyed my stay at Apartments Farionnes. They had everything you could possibly need and the grounds were so well kept. We stayed in the hotel for one night before leaving for the UK after a disastrous cruise. It was magnificent! The staff were amazing, as was the hotel. It was just what we needed after a very stressful holiday!

We found this hotel to be in the perfect position, right on the beach, close to the strip which has the traditional holiday beach front bars and entertainment, but also very close to the old port where there are some lovely restaurants and bars with fantastic views while the sun sets over the nearby mountains. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and professional. All areas of the hotel are kept spotlessly clean. This hotel is good for both couples and families.

Great hotel near the beach and supply shop. Room cleaning was good, although they missed an extra day. Lovely pools. We played tennis. For all inclusive there was 2 hours free but you still had to hire the rackets and balls at 1E each item. Crazy golf was also available. The accommodation was large. very clean grounds and room. friendly staff. room equipped with everything you need to be self catering, oven, microwave, kettle.....everything. easy check in, large safe in room for only 10e for the week. even able to make a cup of tea on arrival as milk etc provided, important for us brits!!!! This is a basic apartment, but is perfect for a base to holiday from, complain, you need to spend more money and move to swankier hotel. More than adequate. And very clean.

Fabulous staff - always attentive and happy. So clean everywhere. Entertainment team were excellent even if you didn’t want to take part. Food was great and very varied. Plenty of sun beds and right opposite the beach.
