### Villa Fayna by Villa Plus

Villa Fayna is in a brilliant location - the main Strip with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes' walk away. What's more, the sandy Playa Grande Beach is only 200 yards away. This 4 bedroom house is perfect if you don't want to drive on your holiday. Plus, it's contemporary and furnished to a high standard making it an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday. Air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.  
  
Villa Fayna is in a residential area less than 5 minutes' walk from the main Strip of Puerto del Carmen. There are many shops selling perfume, souvenirs and designer boutiques, as well as many bars with some showing all the major sports live on TV. You'll also be spoiled with a good choice of restaurants from Spanish to Asian and of course the English breakfast and Sunday roast. What's more there is the white sandy Playa Grande Beach with sunbeds for hire, 200 yards away.
