"Had a fantastic night away at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were all very well maintained and provided excellent facilities to enjoy during our visit. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. The only slight disappointment was the television in the room. It was quite old and didn’t have internet connectivity, so it wasn’t possible to connect a Fire Stick or access streaming services. However, this was only a minor issue and did not detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily return in the future."

"Sadly jacuzzi was out of use till Monday. I stayed Saturday night to Sunday. Surprised as weekends should be a priority with guests. Hotel was busy. Pool area dates, in need of TLC, modernisation. Steam and Sauna, good. Buffet breakfast Ok, not much choice, cereal, toast or cooked. No latte or cappuccino just filter coffee."

"Amazing grounds, lots of different areas to it. Staff very helpful. It was lovely to see young people being so professional during the wedding celebration. Bathroom a bit rundown in need of maintenance. Unfortunately, buffet breakfast could be improved."

"The hotel was very comfortable, and its location near the city center made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. Our room was advertised as a nice window room, but the window looked into a dirty structure with barbed wire, inside the building, overlooking the lounge. I kept the curtains closed the whole stay because looking out gave me the major ick. I would suggest covering those windows with an opaque film that still lets light through, so guests don't have to see the garbage right outside."
