"We were unable to contact to let them know our time of arrival as nobody answered the phone. When we arrived nobody from the hotel was there so we called the number on the door which was answered. After a short while somebody turned up to let us in ,but there was some confusion over the booking as the diary was not available, however we were shown up to our room via an outside metal staircase. Peacehaven is a Little Gem

"I have just had three nights at Peacehaven and I would highly recommend staying here. The bungalow is immaculately clean and very cosy. There’s a lovely sea theme throughout and the views are stunning. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is great and there’s everything you could need in the kitchen. Fast communication with owner. "

Great location

"Nice location 5 mins walk from the village with pubs restaurant and shop. Right on the SW coastal path. Well appointed apartment, with sitting area outside. Outdoor shower and room to hand wet gear also. Would go back. Just watch out for the narrow Devon lanes on the last couple of miles to the coast. "

4 Days of Cliff Walking

"This property fit our needs exactly. It had all we needed, with good quality basic accommodation for sleeping, fixing meals, and enjoying sunset views. The unit is situated on a cliff with easy access to easy/moderate trails. We visited the nearby restaurants/pubs and the tiny general store, all a short walk down steep steps (then back up). We parked the car and didn’t use it again for a few days. No need to go anywhere else for awhile."

Excellent property for relaxing break

"Absolutely incredible property, very clean, everything you need was available. The beds were really comfortable, rooms were spacious & everywhere was fully equipped. Bathroom was spotless with a lovely wslk in shower. We took my 82 year old mom, to get to the property there is a steep slope followed by very steep steps down so not ideal for people with mobility issues, i think this needs to be mentioned in the advert. Having sayd that once you're down there the property is easy to get around. Walking to the beach would also be an issue for people with mobility issues as its down a hill with no pavements. Overall it's a perfect little getaway though with stunning views."
