"Steigenberger Esplanade is exceptional. The room was perfect, breakfast superior, and the hostess at breakfast was delightful. Everybody was friendly and helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself couldn't be in a better location. It's within walking distance to the town square all the local restaurants and pubs, and some great shopping! "All good with the hotel, just poor selection of breakfast, for people who do not like continental breakfasts."

"The staff at Reception were super but there was a problem with the Health Centre staff. The infotmation about hours when the pool was available to hotel guests was wrong and we missed out on a swim on our first day as a result. We ate the evening buffet which was good and very good value. Its close to the forest - good for walkers and cyclists but otherwise you need a car."
