Our family room as ideal for the 4 of us, very clean, excellent facilities and nice to have a separate entrance for the hotel so we didn't have to trail through the pub. About a 15 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, so pretty nicely located and 5 minutes from Bank Underground Station to get out and about in London. "Sanctuary House Hotel is just that, a “sanctuary” in a big, busy city. Karen, at registration, was friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for our first time visit in London. The hotel is in an excellent location between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Overall, staff was friendly, food was delicious, and basic rooms are generous. We will definitely stay here again. "

We loved the shower and the fridge with the complimentary bottled water was great to have. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts, which included delicious buffet items in addition to a hot dish we could order from the menu.
