The concierge recommended and booked lovely restaurants for us. The Shinjuku location was fun and the hotel was near the train/subway station."

"It was a pleasant stay. Room is clean and well-equipped. Akira-san prepared the accomodation well, and it was easy to communicate with him. He is kind and always ready to help when asked. The place is a bit off the main Shinjuku area, but accessible with bus 45 from Shinjuku (West Exit, 230 jpy). Loads of convenience store nearby, and other buses to Shinjuku or Shibuya (bus 64). "Keio was a delightful endpoint after a grueling 14 hour flight. Friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms with first class amenities. A 7/11 in the building is open 24 hrs a day and don’t miss out on their egg salad and strawberry cream sandwiches- ( all the reviews were right). The property is located close to the train and subway system and take advantage of them. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

We used the washer/dryer daily (which was HUGE for a family with small kids), and loved the kitchen amenities.
