"Check in was seamless, we left our bags in the morning and they where in our room at check-in later. Staff where very helpful and explained everything. The room was an inside 'queen' with no window. Not having a window into the outside world was not a problem. The window into the bathroom was however rather strange. The shower/toilet area had a lightly frosted glass screen around, so privacy was almost zero. A rather strange and avoidable fitment. Why not a plain panel ? The shower itself was good but the door opened inwards meaning you had to back into a corner to exit, plenty of space to open outwards ? There was nice coffee in bags, but there was only two sockets in the room, meaning the kettle and tray had to be carried to the bedside table. Stranger still as the Tv was on the opposite wall but with no visible socket, and I did look !"
