Booked for one night to attend a family wedding, check in via the bar, lady came straight out and explained that all the rooms were full, so as we were a family had upgraded us to Hannah House, a complete massive cottage to the three of us, It was beautiful and we could have slept 11 people in it, so rustic and full of charm lovely and peacefully we were so impressed. If you are looking for an authentic British inn in the modern style look no further. Great village location, superb food, great beer, beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a 'real breakfast'. Intrigued ..go there.

We loved our stay in the Abbey Hotel and apartments, the staff, breakfast & attention to detail were amazing. Very easy walk into the town centre with its unique shops, pubs & restaurants, also not forgetting the Cathedral & Abbey Gardens. Bury St Edmunds is a must to visit.

We had a lovely stay for one night at Grange Farm. The owners were extremely welcoming and we enjoyed our conversations. Room was big and comfortable. We were offered supper by our hosts which was delicious, with a super breakfast cooked for us in the morning. Lovely, safe location.

GREAT ALL ROUND - STAFF, FOOD, ROOM ETC...

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. What really made the stay was the staff - I was unable to book a taxi to a wedding and one of the receptionists, Corina, offered to take me to the venue. What superb customer service and I can't thank her enough!

Remember to take your own towels, soap and washing up liquid. Traffic noise a bit annoying but other than that all was great.

This is the 2nd time I visited The regent in the last 2 months. Amazingly kind staff who went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. They were very proactive and thoughtful! The property is recently refurbished and very clean. It also offers great view to the adjacent Parker’s piece park. Breakfast is light and simple but more than enough to fuel one’s day. The regent will most likely be our no. 1 Preference for accommodation in Cambridge going forward.

Ideally located -close to city centre (less than 10 minute walk) yet far out enough to be away from the usual city commotion. Staff were pleasant, helpful. Hotel itself is smart and well maintained. Great value.
