The Hotel was located amongst beautiful grounds. It was a combination of old and new build and very clean in all public spaces. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgable about the local area. Our room was very spacious and well equipped with fabulous views down to the river and was spotlessly clean too (except for what appeared to be a blood stained bath towel!) We recently returned and stayed in a comfy double room last weekend. Very well maintained hotel, room and facilities. The room was spotless. Great choice of indoor and outdoor seating and restaurant and bar services. We were satisfied with the gym. We didn’t use the sauna and steam rooms this time. Not the quietest of venues during event nights.

Good size rooms with a balcony . Comfy beds . Tea and making coffee facilities. Some rooms allow dogs if you book ahead. Excellent choice for breakfast.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Staff inc Tina, Alex and Luke all great, room perfect - exceptionally clean with a comfy bed. Restaurant stunning, food great and good value - the Carrot Cake really something else! Also best breakfast I’ve had in a long while. Stunning location too

Lovely stay at a genuine village pub, not a restaurant with rooms or a hotel with a bar, this is the real thing. Beautifully furnished rooms, amazing staff and service and fantastic atmosphere, and Blewbury is beautiful. The Ukrainian menu has to be tried! We loved also that the dog was as welcome as we were.

The room was spotless beautifully furnished. We had endless tea, coffee milk and biscuits. The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble The restaurant and bar was clean and very comfortable. The food was fabulous, well prepared. Added to all this you have a very large car park Would recommend this hotel and give it 10/10.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a lovely cosy pub. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing add to this the fantastic food and atmosphere and it all adds up to a memorable stay. We will be back again.

Very welcoming with helpful and friendly staff. Good and varied dinner menu and a good choice selection of cooked or light breakfast. Location is out of the way down narrow lanes but the pretty village setting is both quiet and peaceful.

The room is very tidy and clean. I find the room seems newly renovated. It was a cold night and I have the heater on and the room warm up very fast. The room was quiet at night even it’s a Saturday night. Quite a different narrative to the receptionist warn me while check in. Probably my room is at far end and facing other side.

Very welcoming arrival with a small tour around the grounds. Rooms clean and suitable for the 1 night we was there. Small communal area with tv, fridge and basic cooking equipment was a great little touch.

Can not fault brilliant staff great location lovely food nice room!

We booked an overnight stay on our wedding night and when arriving got a free upgrade to a honeymoon suite and bottle of champagne

Stayed in the junior suite, very clean, extremely spacious. Very large and comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Nice room with all the useful things you'd expect and more (ensuite bathroom with shower, decaf coffee and tea - appreciated! As well as normal tea and coffee, milk, kettle, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. even a multi-adapter cable by the bed to charge your phone etc!) About 25 walk to the hospital, probably able to catch a bus there too. Short walk to food places including Co-Op and fast food.
